This position will be based with our other technical training production team in Reading, PA (1 hour northwest of Philadelphia) and positioned near our corporate maintenance team. You’ll manage projects from start to finish, including beta testing, pilots, and deploy. You will be responsible to design and deliver training that is not only results-driven for labor productivity but to also keep our technicians trained on new technology within the trucking industry. In this role, you will use adult learning theory to consult and collaborate with SME’s, multimedia specialist, technical writers and trainers, and technical training manager to scope objectives, define course content, and design delivery methods of both instructor led and computer based training.
